Do invited players need to create an account?
No. Guests can RSVP via invite link without creating an account. Just a name is required—email and phone are optional with consent.
What happens when I lock an event?
Locking finalises the date, time, and course. RSVPs become read-only, and participants receive notifications with calendar links (ICS format).
How does the recommendation engine work?
Our algorithm finds the best option by maximising availability (most 'in' responses), factoring in course votes, and applying tie-break rules.
What happens to unused SMS credits?
SMS credits do not roll over. Your included 50 SMS (Pro) and any purchased bundles (+50 for £2.99) reset each monthly usage period.
Can I use TeeTimeCaptain for society events?
Absolutely! Pro includes templates and recurring presets, perfect for weekly roll-ups or monthly society rounds.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
