Do my playing partners need the app?
No. Only the captain uses the app. Everyone else responds from a single invite link — no download, no account, just a name.
What do I get for free?
Free covers a fourball comfortably: up to 8 players a round, 1 round a month, email invites, the vote, and lock with confirmations. Pro removes the limits.
What happens when I lock the round?
“Locking” is how you confirm the final tee time. The date, time and course are fixed, RSVPs freeze, and everyone who is in gets a confirmation with a calendar link.
How do the SMS reminders work?
Pro includes 50 SMS a month, sent by the service to chase pending RSVPs and share confirmations. Credits reset each monthly period and do not roll over.
Can I use it for a society or a regular roll-up?
Yes — Pro is built for it. Saved groups mean you invite the same crowd in one tap, and the season card keeps your recurring rounds organised.
How do I upgrade, and can I cancel?
Upgrade in the app: £64.99 a year or £7.99 a month, with a 7-day free trial. Outside the UK the store shows the equivalent price in your local currency. Cancel any time through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
